All products and services provided by isulogo.com are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped. Your final logo files will be sent directly to your email or provided download link.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the selected package and project complexity. In general, most logo concepts are delivered within 24 to 72 hours after we receive all required information from the client.

3. File Formats

Your final delivery may include standard professional formats such as:

• PNG (transparent background)
• JPG
• PDF
• SVG / Vector files (depending on package)

4. Revisions & Final Delivery

After revisions are completed and you approve the final design, we will deliver the final files in high resolution. No further changes will be made after final approval unless a new order is placed.

5. Client Responsibility

To ensure fast delivery, clients must provide clear instructions, brand name, and any required details before the design process begins. Delays in providing information may affect delivery time.

6. Delays
