1. Digital Product Policy

All our services at isulogo.com are digital and custom-made logo design services. Because each design is created specifically for your project, all orders are considered final once work has started.

2. No Automatic Refunds

Due to the nature of digital and creative work, we do not offer automatic refunds once a design process has begun, concepts have been delivered, or revisions have been provided.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the initial concepts, we will work with you through revisions to adjust the design until it better matches your vision (based on your package limits).

4. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may only be considered in special cases such as:

• If no work has started on your order
• If there is a technical issue preventing us from delivering your service
• If we are unable to complete your project for any reason

All refund requests are reviewed individually.

5. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the design process has started, as time and creative effort are already invested into your project.

6. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend services and deny future orders.
